Job summary

River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, located in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an PT Activity Therapist to plan and conduct recreation therapy for all patients across ages in a behavioral health setting.

The role involves coordinating scheduling and programming, leading groups, and performing assessments in inpatient care. A four-year degree in Recreation or related field is preferred, with CTRS certification highly regarded.

Qualifications

A four year degree in Recreation or related field preferred. Preferably certified through National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification or meets requirements to be certified. Prefer Art Therapist, Yoga Instructor or Music Therapist. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist (CTRS) preferred.
