Replications, Inc. is seeking an Activity Specialist to design and deliver high-quality enrichment programming.
You will lead structured activities across STEM, arts, literacy, or athletics, collaborating with Group Leaders and program leadership to keep activities engaging and inclusive. The role emphasizes creating sequenced lessons, fostering creativity, and supporting youth development within 21st Century Learning Center standards.

TheActivity Specialistis responsible fordesigning and delivering high-qualityenrichment programming that deepens student engagement and expands learning beyond the traditional classroom. This roleleadsstructured activities withina specialized content area—such as STEM, literacy, visual and performing arts, dance, leadership development, or organized sports—while fostering creativityandconfidence among participants. Activity Specialists develop sequenced lessons and hands-on experiences that support youth development and align with21st Century Community Learningprogram frameworks.Working closely with Group Leadersand program leadership, theActivitySpecialist ensures activities are engaging, inclusive, and responsive to student interests. Through strong facilitation and subject-areaexpertise.Thisrolereports directly to theProgram Site Coordinatorand helps cultivate student voice and social-emotional growth.
