Job summary

P-11 Security in Southern California is seeking an Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. You will perform daily data entry, document control, access management, and visitor processing to support secure operations.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, readiness to travel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, while aligning with applicable DCIDs/JAFANs and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• 3–5 years related experience in security support or similar fields.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SAP information access.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability databases and related logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Assist with security data entry and visit notices.
• Escort visitors and support facility access control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the customer’s SOPs and security programs.
