Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks an Activity Assistant to support the Activity Director in daily resident programs within a care setting. You will lead group activities, visit residents one-on-one, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards while creating a stimulating program for residents.

This role requires strong communication and computer skills and offers same-day pay. Schedule is 3 days per week 1p-7p, with weekend shifts Sat/Sun 10a-2p, supporting planning, reporting progress,

• Assist the Activity Director with daily resident activity program.
• Plan and coordinate stimulating activities programming.
• Create a strong and active volunteer program.
• Need strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director with daily resident Activity program.
• Plan and coordinate stimulating activities programming.
• Create strong & active volunteer program.
• Lead group activities.
• Report and document resident progress.
• Visit with residents on a one on one basis as directed.
• Ensure Documentation meets compliance with regulatory standards. Perform additional duties that are asked.
• Ability to produce stimulating programs.
