Activity Processing (Private Debt) Sr Specialist

About The Role

This position is within the Solutions Operations division, seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to join our Global Special Services Team. The team provides real-time access to client portfolios and reporting insights for asset management, deal administration, trading, cash, and P&L reporting, supported by our WSO product suites. The role involves processing daily activities for various asset types, investigating discrepancies, reviewing reports, and handling inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process daily activities for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS).
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing documentation and faxes.
• Review system reports to monitor facilities and handle exceptions.
• Gather pertinent information from relevant parties to ensure accurate data entry.
• Respond to requests from departments/clients within an hour.
• Complete assigned special projects.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in financial or syndicated loan industry.
• Experience with private debt and syndicated loan processing.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.

Preferred:

• WSO and/or LoanIQ experience.
• Process improvement skills.
• Experience with syndicated loan cash or position reconciliation.

Additional Information

This role is limited to individuals with indefinite right to work in the United States. The salary range is $51,289 to $80,000, based on location and experience. The role includes eligibility for an annual incentive and benefits. For more details, visit our benefits page.
