What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently and accurately process daily activities for various asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS)
- Investigate discrepancies by reviewing source documentation and communications from the agent bank
- Review system-generated reports for proper monitoring and manage exception items
- Interact with individuals/entities to gather necessary information for accurate system updates
- Handle requests from different departments/clients with a quick turnaround time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial and/or syndicated loan industry
- Experience in private debt and broadly syndicated loan processing
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage stressful customer situations with patience and poise
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WSO and/or LoanIQ processing
- Strong skills in process improvement
- Experience with syndicated loan-specific cash reconciliation and/or position reconciliation
