Job summary

Aldersbridge Communities in East Providence, RI, is seeking a full-time Activity Director for Winslow Gardens Assisted Living. You will lead and implement an engaging activity program to enrich residents' physical, mental, and social well-being, interviewing residents and families to tailor plans, coordinating with staff, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, home & community care, or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in event planning or recreational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a wide range of engaging, inclusive activities

• Supervise activity staff and volunteers, and assist residents with crafts, projects, and appointments

Requirements:
