Job summary

Oak Park Place in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Activity Director to lead resident engagement programs and events. You will plan and organize activities that entertain, exercise, and relax residents, while encouraging hobbies and social interactions throughout the community.

Ideal candidates bring two years of related experience, an associate degree (preferred), and supervisory background. You’ll work independently to ensure well-coordinated schedules and meaningful daily activities for

• Two years of experience in a social or recreational program in the last 5 years.
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently
