Boulder Crossing Health & Rehabilitation, a BRAND-NEW skilled nursing facility located in Streetsboro, Ohio, is seeking an energetic, resident-oriented, Full-Time Activity Director to bring fulfillment and quality of life to our residents!

The Activity Director will be responsible for planning, developing, and providing quality activities and social programs designed to assist residents in using their personal potential both physically and mentally. The ideal candidate must possess computer skills and have experience in programming and documentation. The preferred candidate will be friendly, caring, imaginative, proficient in multi-tasking, and a Certified Activities Professional.
