Job summary

Rockford Health Care Center in Rockford, OH is seeking an experienced Activity Director to design and oversee an engaging activity program that supports residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will plan, teach, and lead therapeutic activities, participate in discharge planning, and help develop activity care plans while collaborating with the care team to promote rehab and enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to transport residents to and from appointments and/or outings.
• Must also agree to obtain a L1MA license.
• Previous Activity Director experience in a long-term care/assisted living facility.
• Creative and outgoing/dynamic personality.
