Job summary

Midwest Health Inc. is seeking an Activities Director for our community in Manhattan, Kansas. You will plan events and activities to meet residents' needs and foster engagement, working under the Executive Director.

This full-time role includes preparing monthly calendars, newsletters, and participation in staff training, with a focus on a caring, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities to meet resident’s specific needs, to include large group, small group, and individual participation as scheduled.
• Compose monthly contributions, including the monthly Activities calendar, pass out newsletter, post daily contributions on menu board, date board and pass out name tags.
• Plant and Pet care.
• Participate in Department in-service training.
