Job summary

Arbor Springs in Des Moines, IA, a 56-bed Senior Living Community, seeks an activity aide to assist with individual and group recreation, tailored to residents' ages, in a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or training in long term care setting preferred.
• Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

General Purpose

Assist with individual and group recreational/social activity for residents as an intricate part of the total resident care.
