Your Impact as an Activity Assistant

As an Activity Assistant, you’ll enrich our residents’ lives daily by:

  • Leading Engagement Activities: Planning, organizing, and facilitating group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations.
  • Building Connections: Encouraging participation and forming meaningful relationships to ensure residents feel valued.
  • Ensuring Safety & Comfort: Assisting residents to and from activities while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Documenting & Assessing: Tracking activity participation, recording progress, and conducting assessments to meet state and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Supporting residents and teammates by stepping in wherever needed.
