Job summary

Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, IN, is seeking compassionate Activity Assistants to join our care team. You will help run meaningful resident activities and coordinate with the Activity Director to align programs with facility policies.

The role requires strong communication with residents and families, and the ability to manage records, assessments, and seasonal activities. A valid Indiana driver’s license is preferred, with opportunities for growth and recognition within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English and to communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Knowledge of arts, crafts, music and group activities.
• Able to stand and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities.

About you

• High School Graduate or its equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies.
• Must be capable of extended periods of standing and bending.
• Knowledge of arts, crafts, music and group activities.
