Job summary

Imperial Healthcare NJ in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to plan and lead recreational activities for our skilled nursing residents, fostering engagement and meaningful experiences.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings; you will escort residents to activities, support events, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in activities, healthcare, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Currently hiring for Part Time ;(Every other weekend1PM-9PM / Weekday 5PM-9PM )

Responsibilities:

Compensation

• Starts at $16.00 up to $17.00 / hour
