Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to support residents on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will lead engaging recreational activities, arts and crafts, and educational events in a dynamic care setting.

The role involves coordinating community outings and collaborating with care staff to enhance resident well-being and quality of life. A friendly, inclusive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with recreation coursework preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, educational activities, or community outings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational activities and arts/crafts for residents.
• Coordinate intellectual/educational activities and community outings.
• Collaborate with care team to support resident well-being.
