Bluestonehrc is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to provide engaging recreational activities for clients in a supportive care environment. You will help plan and lead programs, monitor participant participation, and ensure safety during activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise recreational activities for residents.
• Coordinate community outings and events.
• Collaborate with care team to tailor activities to residents' needs.
