Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities to meet residents' needs.
