Atrium Living Centers Inc. in Michigan seeks an Activities Assistant to bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents through engaging programs that support social, emotional, and recreational needs.

You will help develop and execute activity plans, assist with the daily and monthly calendars, and engage residents in group and individual activities while collaborating with the Activities Director and care team to promote dignity, independence, and well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
• Engage residents in group and individual activities
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
