Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs for residents. You’ll help execute the activity calendar, lead group and individual activities, and support residents’ social, emotional, and spiritual needs in a warm, caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar

• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
