Job summary

Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Activities CNA to support residents with daily living activities and engagement. You will help create calendars, lead group activities, and document attendance and progress notes.

Collaboration with the Life Enrichment Director and team is essential. The role requires a Tennessee CNA, a high school diploma or GED, and current CPR/BLS certification, with duties including confidentiality and teamwork to enhance resident

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating monthly activity calendars and lead daily activities.
• Document resident attendance and progress notes.
• Observe moods and involvement; report changes to Life Enrichment Director.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all communications.

Assistant Activities Position Summary

As the Assistant Life Enrichment Director at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating the monthly calendar, leading daily activities, and documenting resident attendance as well as informative progress notes.

• Observe resident moods, behaviors, and degree of involvement and report any changes to the Life Enrichment Director.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
