Job summary

Four Oaks Healthcare Center in Jonesborough, Tennessee, is seeking a compassionate Assistant Activities professional to support the Life Enrichment Director. This full-time role involves coordinating monthly activity calendars, leading daily resident activities, and documenting attendance and progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee CNA license, maintains CPR/BLS certification, and demonstrates confidentiality in all communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating the monthly calendar and lead daily activities.
• Document resident attendance and progress notes.
• Observe resident moods and involvement and report changes to the Life Enrichment Director.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all forms.

Assistant Activities Position Summary

As the Assistant Life Enrichment Director at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating the monthly calendar, leading daily activities, and documenting resident attendance as well as informative progress notes.

• Observe resident moods, behaviors, and degree of involvement and report any changes to the Life Enrichment Director.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
