Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Activity Assistants to support the Activity Director in providing engaging programs for residents. The role emphasizes encouraging participation and accurate record-keeping within a friendly skilled-nursing setting in Columbus, Indiana.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred), a valid Indiana driver’s license, and strong English communication skills.

About the Role: Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Activity Assistants-

• To encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities.
• To maintain all records relating to activities and complete all paperwork on a timely basis.
• Assist with seasonal activities and bulletin boards.
• Complete initial activity interest assessment
• Assist the Activity Director in integrating the activity department with other departments

About you:

• High School Graduate or its equivalent is preferred
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies.
• Must be capable of extended periods of standing and bending.
• Knowledge of arts, crafts, music and group activities.
