Job summary

Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for residents.

You will lead games, crafts, music, exercise, parties, and events while encouraging participation and social activity, providing one-on-one visits, and assisting with decorations and outings. This role requires energy, creativity, and compassion for older adults, with weekends rotation.
