Job summary

Taylor's Pointe is seeking a dynamic, full-time Activities Assistant/Aide to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with basic computer skills, capable of programming and documenting activities, and friendly, caring, and multi-task oriented. Weekend work is required, STNA certification is expected or will be supported. We provide a supportive team environment and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care preferred.
• Self-motivated, friendly, and able to multi-task.
• Some computer skills and basic documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide engaging activities for residents.
• Document activities and keep records.
• Work every other weekend and contribute to a culture of care.

Job description

Taylor's Pointe is currently seeking a dynamic, full-time every other weekend Activities Assistant/Aide to bring fulfillment and quality of life to our Residents. The Activities Assistant/Aide will be responsible for providing quality activities for our residents. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, some computer skills and has experience in programming and documentation. Must be friendly, caring and multi-task oriented. Work weekends, be STNA certified, dementia and behavioral experience preferred.

Experience preferred, but not necessary.
