Job summary

Taylor's Pointe is seeking a dynamic, full-time Activities Assistant/Aide to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with basic computer skills, capable of programming and documenting activities, and friendly, caring, and multi-task oriented. Weekend work is required, STNA certification is expected or will be supported. We provide a supportive team environment and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care preferred.
• Self-motivated, friendly, and able to multi-task.
• Some computer skills and basic documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide engaging activities for residents.
• Document activities and keep records.
• Work every other weekend and contribute to a culture of care.
