Your Responsibilities:

• Plan & Implement Activities – Organize and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents.
• Encourage Resident Participation – Foster an inclusive environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and enjoy activities.
• Monitor & Document Progress – Track participation and individual resident responses to activities.
• Coordinate Special Events – Plan and facilitate special events, holiday celebrations, and group outings.
• Work with Families & Team – Communicate with families, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure activities align with residents’ interests and abilities.
• Promote Resident Independence – Encourage residents to engage in activities that support their independence and enhance their well-being.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Activity Coordination or Life Enrichment (Preferred).
