Your Responsibilities:

Plan & Implement Activities– Organize and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents.
Encourage Resident Participation– Foster an inclusive environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and enjoy activities.
Monitor & Document Progress– Track participation and individual resident responses to activities.
Coordinate Special Events– Plan and facilitate special events, holiday celebrations, and group outings.
Work with Families & Team– Communicate with families, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure activities align with residents’ interests and abilities.
Promote Resident Independence– Encourage residents to engage in activities that support their independence and enhance their well-being.

Qualifications:
