Edenbrook Sheboygan, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking an Activity Aide to join our wonderful facility. The role involves organizing and participating in activity programming, including one-to-one interventions and group activities, with documentation in the medical record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and emotional needs of our residents.
• Create environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.
• Help design programs to encourage socialization.
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment and improve daily living skills.
• Prepare and maintain reports on resident's progress.
• Ensure activity areas are safe and well maintained.
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation.
