Edenbrook Platteville, part of Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant to organize and participate in activity programming for residents. Prior experience is not required, but caregiver/C.N.A. experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include documenting participation in medical records, planning activities to meet diverse resident needs, and maintaining safe activity areas. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities to enhance daily living for seniors.

• Help design programs to encourage socialization.
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment to residents.
• Prepare and maintain reports on residents' progress.
