AristaCare Health Services is seeking an Activity Aide for a per diem day shift in New Jersey. The role involves supporting recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual activity programs for residents in a geriatric/healthcare setting.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of recreation experience in such settings. Candidates should be personable, energetic, and capable of building relationships with residents and staff.

Activity Aide helps to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual activity programs of the facility. Observe residents progress, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Shift Available: Per Diem 9am-5pm / Every other Weekend

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in recreation within a geriatric or healthcare setting.
