Job summary

Lost Creek Healthcare & Rehab Center in Ohio is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be devoted, compassionate, and capable of developing creative activities for residents, including those with dementia.

You will conduct and assist with activity groups, provide one-to-one engagement, escort residents to activities, and support activity planning. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and competitive wages plus PTO.
