Job summary

Complete Care at Burlington Woods is seeking an Activity Aide to positively impact residents by implementing scheduled activities and assisting with daily care. The role emphasizes energetic, creative, and empathetic teamwork within a compassionate environment.

Full-time first shift with every other weekend, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and PTO, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
