Job summary

Haven of Bridgeport is seeking a compassionate, energetic Activity Aide to support residents in Bridgeport, IL. This part-time role focuses on leading activities, encouraging social engagement, and fostering a positive living environment.

You will coordinate recreational programs, assist with Resident Council meetings, and coordinate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure safety and quality of life. Availability 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and every other weekend is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, social programming, healthcare, or senior living is preferred.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic approach to working with residents.
• Creative and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and every other weekend.

Haven of Bridgeport is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and creating meaningful experiences, this is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

As an Activity Aide, you’ll help plan and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, independence, creativity, and overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do
