Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA, is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement, volunteer services, concierge operations, and customer experience programs. You will plan and run resident-centered events across neighborhoods, including memory care, while supervising staff and volunteers.

You will recruit and train volunteers, partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins, and track engagement metrics to continuously improve programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.
• Valid driver's license, if required.

23.70 - 29.70
