Sunrise Senior Living in Bridgewater, MA, is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement and volunteer services across neighborhoods, driving meaningful connections and exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires supervising staff and volunteers, building partnerships, and tracking engagement metrics while partnering with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement. Strong leadership and event planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across neighborhoods.
• Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.

• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.

What You’ll Bring:

Pay Range:

23.30 - 29.20
