Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement and volunteer services in Boulder, CO. You will oversee events, wellness programs, and concierge operations across neighborhoods, including memory care, while building community partnerships.

The role requires 2 years of leadership experience in senior living or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for meaningful resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Experience with volunteer engagement technology and reporting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care.
• Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming.
• Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms.
• Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors.
• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license, if required

Pay Range:

23.30 – 29.20
