The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Supervisor to lead the Activities team, oversee daily setups, and help create memorable experiences for guests in a seasonal resort setting.

You will supervise, train, and support staff, coordinate events, ensure safety, and maintain organized spaces while delivering friendly, guest-focused service through evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Reliable, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead a team and create positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the Activities team.

• Provide friendly and engaging service to guests and create memorable experiences.
• Assist with planning and executing resort events and special activities.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and according to resort guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked activity and storage areas.
• Set up and break down activity areas and event spaces.
• Monitor and maintain activity equipment and supplies.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and operational needs with the Activities team and management.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Assist with developing new activities and guest experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
