Job summary

Storey Lake Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Activities/Sundries Attendant to engage guests of all ages and host daily activities. You will ensure guest enjoyment, safety, and smooth club operations while managing inventory and assisting at Sundries Retail.

A background of 6 months to 1 year in recreational hospitality or related fields is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is required, with a High School Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreational hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required within a timely manner.
• Able to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and host daily activities as listed in the monthly calendar.
• Welcome and assist guests as they enter the club.
• Follow policies to ensure guest access, safety, and enjoyment.
• Ensure inventory needs are met.
• Conduct cash handling and POS at Sundries Retail.
• Be a team leader and lead by example.
• Maintain clear communication between team members about club operations.
• Help keep the pool deck clean and organized.

Description

As an Activities/Sundries Attendant, you are the life of the party, you are interacting and finding innovative ideas to engage with guest of all ages. Your astounding personality will make a memorable impression and have our guests ready to relax during their stay with the Bronson Club.

A successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of similar experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
• Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the club.
• Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
• Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
• Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
• Be a team leader and lead by example.
• It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
• Responsible to help keep the pool deck cleaned up and organized.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ, retail sales
• Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner
