Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in North Hardin is seeking PRN Activity Staff to support residents with engaging, compassionate activities and programs. You will assist in planning in-room and group events, sustain activity calendars, and ensure daily activities meet state standards across the facility.

Previous healthcare or CNA experience is preferred but not required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible shifts to fit varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous Activities/Healthcare Experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Skilled at working with individuals who have cognitive, physical or sensory disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities to meet the social, emotional, physical and other therapeutic needs of residents.
• Assist in initiation and promotion of activities both within and outside the facility.
• Provide in room activities for residents unable to attend daily events.
• Assist in creating an ongoing calendar of activities.
• Consistently meet State Standards for activity scheduling and documentation.
• Solicit community involvement when planning facility activities and events.
