Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks an Activities Specialist to empower individuals with disabilities through engaging programs, skill development, and community integration. The role emphasizes dignity in personal care, small-group and one-on-one activities, and collaboration with clinical staff for behavior plans.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, tuition assistance, and paid time off; 3 weeks vacation in year one and holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and one year related experience.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D1 with 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development and independence.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
• Help transport participants to activities and appointments as needed.
• Document participant progress and conduct satisfaction surveys aligning with ISPs.
