Job summary

Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado, is seeking a seasonal, part-time Activities Shuttle Driver to transport guests between destinations on and off property in non-CDL vehicles. This tipped position pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits available.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining vehicle safety, following routes, and keeping records. A valid license and ability to pass a DOT physical are required; 18+ years old with 3+ years driving experience preferred.

• Maintain accurate record keeping.
• Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere on the vehicle at all times.

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal part-time Activities Shuttle Driver to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As a Driver, you will be responsible for driving non-CDL vehicles, safely transporting guests between various destinations on and off our property.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$17.00 – $20.00 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of three years’ driving experience and a valid driver license
• Able to safely operate and drive a van and maintain a safe atmosphere on the vehicle at all times
• Great guest experience and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Sufficient vision that is not restricted in the performance of duties, day or night
• Able to sit for long periods, and ability to stand and bend
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate well and hear the traffic and security radio
