Job summary

Brightondale Senior Campus in New Brighton, MN is seeking an Activities Program Coordinator to bring joy and meaningful engagement to residents.

You will design and facilitate balanced daily activities, work closely with residents and staff, and help maintain calendars and newsletters. The role is part-time with weekend shifts (Sat 10am–3pm, Sun 10am–3pm) and offers competitive wages between $15 and $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in activities in a senior living environment or an education setting.
• Senior living or memory care experience preferred.

• Provide personalized attention and promote a joyful, engaging experience for residents.
• Facilitate balanced programs for all residents, taking individual needs into account.
• Assist with calendars and newsletters and other public communications.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in activities in a senior living environment or an education setting
