Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Stamford, CT is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purpose-filled activities for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills programs, lead small groups, and tailor activities to individual profiles, promoting dignity and meaningful engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year memory-impaired senior experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
