The successful candidate for the activities position will be energetic, passionate, and creative. This job involves working directly with residents, so you must be gentle, responsible, and hardworking. Must be comfortable with confused individuals and willing to find fulfillment in small ways.
Purpose/Belief Statement
The Activities Assistant provides individualized activity care and services for residents. This role functions as part of the activities department and as an interdisciplinary team member for assigned units, fostering team success.
