Member Experience Director Role

As the Member Experience Director, you will be responsible for creating, promoting, and maintaining a positive living experience for the Independent Living residents of the Ohio Masonic Community. This involves collaborating across departments to meet campus lifestyle needs. You will oversee the budget, personnel, and operations of Transportation, Post Office, and Gift Shop, as well as organize activities and events for residents, assist with resources, and ensure the level of care meets Ohio Masonic Communities standards.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A proven track record of achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction is required.
