Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Wauchula is seeking an dedicated Activity Director to lead staff, provide engaging activities, and promote overall well-being for residents in a busy nursing home setting.

You will organize social outings, coordinate programs, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents' physical and mental activity as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Activity Director Certification required.
• Unencumbered CNA license preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and coordinate activities for residents.
• Plan social outings and promote physical and mental activity.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by facility management.

The Activity Director duties include overseeing staff, providing activities, social outings, and promoting physical and mental activity for our residents, and other duties as described by the facility’s management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Activity Director Certification required
