The Pavilion of East Tampa is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Director to deliver engaging programs that enrich residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being in our assisted living community. You will plan daily and special activities, encourage participation, coordinate volunteers, and accompany residents on outings, fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

Experience with seniors preferred; High School Diploma required; driver license helpful.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; degree in Recreation, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Strong communication and creativity skills.

Responsabilidades
