Job summary

The Pavilion of East Tampa is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Director to design and deliver engaging programs that support residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. You will lead daily and special activities, encourage participation, and help coordinate volunteers to enhance our vibrant community.

• High School Diploma required; degree in recreation or psychology preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination is a must.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong communication and creativity skills essential.
