Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Activities Director located in Sacramento, CA. The Activities Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive activity programs that meet the physical, social, emotional, and therapeutic needs of residents. Daily tasks include organizing events, recreational activities, and therapeutic recreation sessions, while also managing budgets and overseeing communication with residents and staff to ensure that activities are well-received and effective.

• Managing unto 3 employees and coordinating schedules
• Event Planning and Coordination skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Sacramento, CA
